PATTERSON Change-Cone® Blender combines a single, stationary drive unit with multiple, high efficiency, double cone PATTERSON ThoroBlenders®.  Ideal for batch or intermittent blending cycles of varying materials or formulations.

Conventional fork lift truck removes, attaches, transports free-standing cones in minutes.  The use of a single drive unit with multiple cones reduces capital investment, cuts idle equipment to a minimum.

USE SEVERAL DOUBLE CONES WITH ONE DRIVE UNIT TO:

·    Avoid cross contamination.
·    Pre-blend explosive products that cannot be readily
     handled by dumping and transporting.
·    Pre-blend and store for use as needed.
·    Handle custom blending and small run applications.

ADDITIONAL DRIVE UNITS AND CONES CAN BE ADDED  AS NEEDS INCREASE.

DOUBLE CONES ARE EASY TO CLEAN

Smooth interior surface and the absence of sharp corners, flights and vanes, reduces cleaning time to a minimum.  Elimination of carry-over from batch to batch through the use of separate double cones for different products prevents contamination, reduces danger of corrosion.
